Students enjoyed a night of dance, games and food while promoting Autism Awareness.

Book Fair-PTA Family Fun Night was held at Barnes and Noble in Glendora.  Teachers read stories to students and parents shopped.  All proceeds benefit Vine PTA.

We honor our School Librarian Denise Rodriguez for National School's Librarian Day.

5th Grade Students participate in the annual Kid-a-Rod.

In honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday this month, our school participated in a Book Exchange.  This was a great opportunity for each child to give and receive a book.  Just receiving a book is always exciting for any reader and students were excited to receive them!

Any left over books were collected and donated to a worthy organization!  Thank you to all who donated and we appreciate the support.  Our goal is to maintain the excitement of reading and foster that across all grade levels.

In recognition of Irish-American Heritage Month, Vine students wore green as a celebration of Irish-American culture.  This holiday has been celebrated on the North American continent since the late 18th century. Cross curricular projects across grade levels focused on Irish culture, history and traditions, Irish folktales, recipes, Celtic art and mythology.

On March 8th, the Imagination Machine performed selected stories written by Vine Students.  We are so proud of all students who participated in the contest!  The Imagination machine educational assemblies are designed to spark a student's creativity and enhance their Common Core writing skills.
