Vine’s November 2019 Food Drive
Challenge
Vine Families-Each year Vine School supports the local community by collecting food for families in need. This year, Vine will be partnering with the West Covina High School Interact Club and the Rotary Club of
West Covina.Instead of collecting “random” cans and boxes, we are asking for the following donations:
- Large cans of sweet potatoes
- Large boxes of stuffing
Vine’s goal is to collect 75 boxes of stuffing and 50 large cans of sweet potatoes before Thanksgiving Break. If our school family can meet this challenge before our November 22 deadline, our students will be awarded with music at recess time. This challenge is a wonderful way to acknowledge our blessings and to give to others in need. As an extra bonus, we hope to celebrate meeting this goal with fun and excitement on Friday, November 22 at our school recess.
